Assign issuing CA to divisions

To perform this action, you must have a user role that contains the Solution administrator permission.

Use this feature to control which divisions can access and use an issuing CA. By restricting CA availability to specific divisions, you can enforce access boundaries, ensure teams use the appropriate PKI resources, and reduce the risk of unauthorized certificate issuance.

  1. In the Device Trust Manager menu, go to Certificate management > Certificates > Issuing CAs.

  2. Open the required issuing CA.

  3. Expand the Divisions using this CA section to see all the divisions associated with it.

  4. From the Divisions dropdown menu, choose the required division.

  5. Select Assign CA to divisions.
