Reset PIN
If your account configuration allows using PIN as a two-factor authentication (2FA) method for signing documents, you can choose to reset it.

Your account configuration determines which options you can view on this page. Any changes to this information will affect all credentials for this account.
To reset PIN:
Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
Navigate to the Manager menu (grid icon top-right) > Document Trust.
In the left navigation menu, select Credentials > Reset PIN.
Enter a new PIN for your account.
Select Confirm.
You are ready to use your new PIN for signing documents using DigiCert® Document Trust Manager. Make sure you keep the PIN safe so that you can easily retrieve and reuse it.
