If your certificate failed to automate for some reason, you can always retry the automation – after fixing the issue.
Below is a list of certificates by automation status for which you can retry automation.
There are two ways you can retry the automation of your certificates:
In your CertCentral account, in the left main menu, go to Automation > Automated IPs.
Find the certificate you want to retry the automation for.
Select the Automation status of the certificate to open the side rail.
In the side rail, navigate to Request summary > Automation order progress section.
Select Retry. Make sure to fix the issues that caused the automation to fail before retrying.
In your CertCentral account, in the left main menu, go to Automation > Automated IPs.
Select the certificates you want to retry the automations for.
