Generate and manageguest URLs
Guest URLs allow non-CertCentral users to request certificates without needing a login or user account. These URLs provide limited access to specific certificate request forms and are ideal for external users or teams who need to submit certificate requests without full account access.

Create a guest URL
To generate a guest URL:
Go to Account > Guest Access.
Under the Guest URLs section, click Add Guest URL.
In the Add Guest URL window, configure the following:
Name: Enter a name to identify the URL.
Division: Select the division to bill certificate orders to.
Default language: Select a default language from the list.
Allowed products (certificate types): Select one or more certificate types the guest can request from the list
Default product: Set a default product to directly take the guest to that certificate type
Order validity periods: Select the allowed validity periods for the opted certificate types.

Some certificate types may have shorter maximum validity periods than selected. For example, Standard SSL may be limited to 1 year even if 3 years is selected.
Configure the Guest URL Settings section for the guest user to see when they use this URL:
(Optional) Hide contract information: Select the checkbox to hide the pricing information.
(Optional) Hide domain validations: Select or clear the checkboxes based on whether you want to hide the prevalidated domains and allow the administrator to complete the validation.
(Optional) Hide domains: Select this to hide the prevalidated domains.
(Optional) Hide domain control validation (DCV) methods: Select this to allow the administrator to do the DCV validation.
(Optional) Require additional emails: Select this and specify the additional emails to send the notifications about the certificate validity and so on.
(Optional) Hide existing contacts: Select this to hide prevalidated contacts from guest URL users.
Choose an organization: Ensure to select the right option suitable for the type of the guest user:
Create new or select existing organizations
Only create new organizations
Only select existing organizations
(Optional) Hide DigiCert account manager: Select this option to hide the account manager details, which is visible by default on the DigiCert Support page.
(Optional) Expand additional options: By default, the additional options are collapsed. Selecting this option keeps the options expanded automatically.
Click Add Guest URL to apply the settings.
