Issue device certificates using the EST protocol
Use blueprints to issue device certificates using the EST protocol.
You can request an EST-based certificate.
In the Device Trust Manager menu, go to Blueprints.
Under the EST-based certificate issuance section, select Use blueprint.
Select Request device certificate.
Under the EST configuration options section:
If your device supports TrustEdge, select EST script for TrustEdge-supported devices.
Select Download device onboarding archive file script.
This script initializes TrustEdge on the device, requests a certificate from Device Trust Manager, and enrolls it.
If your device does not support TrustEdge, select EST enrollment request over Curl.
Upload your CSR.
Click Generate my curl to convert your CSR data into a curl command-line snippet.
Copy the curl snippet and run it on your device.
Click Done.
Under Devices, select View registered devices to see your registered devices.
Alternatively, you can also view your registered devices under Device management > Devices.
When you re-create a blueprint, Device Trust Manager rebuilds it using the latest pre‑configuration details. However, devices registered through the blueprint remain available under Device management > Devices.
