Update an organization

If needed, update an organization's name, address, or phone number.

Once you've assigned an organization to an account in DigiCert ONE, you cannot assign it to another account. If you need to assign it to another account, create the organization again and assign it to that account.

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. Navigate to the Manager menu icon (top-right), select Account.

  3. In the left navigation menu, select Organizations.

  4. On the Organizations page, in the Name column, select the origination.

  5. On the Organization details page, select Edit organization.

  6. Update the organization's details as needed: name, address, and phone number.

  7. Select Update.
