Approve manual validation request
As a DigiCert® Document Trust Manager (DTM) client admin, you are required to manually approve the signer if you do not select the Auto approve signer checkbox while creating a signup link.
To approve manual validation request:
You will receive an email with a subject line of Review manual validation request.
In the email, select Review which opens a web page.
Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
Hover over the validation you want to approve, select More actions > Approve.
Fill out the form that appears.
Select Approve validation.
