Cancel an authorized representatives delegation request
For Qualified Website Authentication Certificates (QWAC) and QWAC PSD2
If needed, you can cancel a pending authorized representative delegation request.
Cancel a delegation request
In CertCentral Europe, in the left menu, go to Account > Users or Account > Service Users.
On the Users or Service Users page, select the name of the user or service user for which you want to cancel the delegation request.
On the user or service user details page, under Authorized representative delegation, find the pending delegation request you want to cancel.
Next to the name of the person or service user, select the "garbage can" icon.
Selecting the "garbage can" icon immediately cancels the delegation request. You can't undo the cancellation. Submit a new delegation request for that user or service user. See Submit an authorized representative delegation request.
What’s next
The delegation request is canceled. The authorized representative can't use the "Request to delegate approval authority for EU TLS orders" email sent for that user or service user.
