Submit an authorized representative delegation request
This procedure describes how to submit an authorized representative delegation request in CertCentral Europe for QWAC, QWAC PSD2, and PKIo Private Services Server certificates.

Before you begin
DigiCert must validate the authorized representative before a delegation request can be submitted.
Delegation requests can be submitted for:
Administrators
Managers
Service users
CertCentral Europe does not maintain a centralized delegated approver list. Maintain your own records for tracking pending, approved, or rejected requests.
Submit a delegation request for a CertCentral administrator or manager
In the CertCentral (Europe) main menu, go to Account > Users.
On the Users page, select the administrator or manager.
On the user details page, under Authorized representative delegation, select Request authority delegation.
In the Submit a delegation request window:
In the Organization menu, select a validated organization with an authorized representative.
The organization must be validated for QWAC, QWAC PSD2, or PKIo Services Server.
In the Authorized representative menu, select an authorized representative for the selected organization.
Select Submit.
Submit a delegation request for a CertCentral service user
In the CertCentral (Europe) main menu, go to Account > Service Users.
On the Service Users page, select the service user.
On the service user details page, under Authorized representative delegation, select Request authority delegation.
In the Submit a delegation request window:
In the Organization menu, select a validated organization with an authorized representative.
The organization must be validated for QWAC, QWAC PSD2, or PKIo Services Server.
In the Authorized representative menu, select an authorized representative for the selected organization.
Select Submit.
After submission, the authorized representative receives an email titled "Request to delegate authority for approving EU TLS orders." The representative must complete the one-time approval to activate delegation. Track the request status from the user or service user details page: pending, approved, or rejected.
