Image and file hosting for VMC and CMC

When you order a VMC or CMC, you must host two files so email clients can display your logo: an SVG logo image file and a PEM certificate file. You can host these files yourself or let DigiCert host them for you.

When DigiCert hosts your files, DigiCert automatically pushes the latest version of your files to the hosted server after each renewal or reissue. DigiCert also matches the PEM file byte-for-byte to your logo SVG file and provides the file URLs for your DNS record.

Notice

Regardless of which hosting option you choose, your domain must be DMARC compliant and your logo must meet VMC or CMC requirements before DigiCert can issue the certificate. See Request mark certificate.
