Configure federation settings
Set a federation name and configure sign-out behaviour for your SAML integration. This step continues on the Configure SAML integration page.
Set federation settings
Under Federation name, enter a unique federation name. DigiCert recommends using your company name. CertCentral uses this name to generate your custom SP-initiated SSO URL.
To include the federation name on the IdP selection page so users can find it at sign-in, select Include my federation name in the list of IdPs. If not selected, users must have the SSO URL bookmarked or use an IdP-initiated login.
To sign users out of the IdP when they sign out of CertCentral, select Use single logout service to log out from IdP.
Select Save SAML settings.
After saving, CertCentral generates the service provider (SP) metadata for your account.
Notice
If you are using Microsoft Entra ID, use the federation name as the value for <companycode> in your Entra ID configuration.
