Archive a custom user role

You can only archive custom user roles that are not currently assigned to any users in your account.

To archive a user role

Tipp

If you try to archive a user role that is currently assigned to users in your account, you will see a pop-up advising you. In the This user role can't be archived modal, select View Users, then update these users' roles before re-attempting to archive the user role.

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. In the Managers ( grid icon ) menu, select Account.

  3. In the Account menu, go to Access.

  4. Select User roles.

  5. Select the custom user role that you want to archive.

  6. On the top-right, select the ⁝ icon > Archive.
