Update your username

You and all other users in your account can update their own username.

Tipp

If you account is transitioned to DigiCert​​®​​ account, our new single login experience, and your username exists in DigiCert® account, you may receive the following error:

Error

Unable to link user
Another user exists with the same username.

Solution

Use the following instructions to change your username.

To update your username

  1. In DigiCert ONE, select the profile (profile_icon.png) icon, and then select Admin Profile.

  2. On the Admin page, select the Edit icon.

  3. In the username field, change your username.

  4. Select Update profile.
