DigiCert ONE Login prerequisites for web enrollment
You must have a thorough understanding of federated protocols for authorization and authentication, specifically SAML or OpenID Connect.
Make sure you have the privileges to configure your Identity Provider (IdP) to integrate with DigiCert ONE.
DigiCert ONE account prerequisites
To use profiles with DigiCert ONE Login (OIDC/SAML), configure single sign-on using SAML or OIDC in DigiCert account or Account Manager, as applicable to your environment.
If SAML or OIDC is already configured for administrator authentication, you can use the existing configuration without making any changes. If both SAML and OIDC are configured, OIDC is used for authentication.

Identity provider configuration prerequisites
During DigiCert ONE user authentication, you must relay the required user attributes through the ID Token for OIDC and the SAML Response for SAML. The required user attribute is not case-sensitive.
Email: This attribute is retrieved from email claim for ID Token and Subject.NameID for SAML.
Anmerkung
Some providers may include this attribute by default. Make sure it is present in the ID Token or SAML Response during authentication.
