Ways to manage profiles
From the Policies > Certificate profiles page in DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager:
Available management actions
Available management actions depend on the profile type and status and may include the following. Select the links for more details about each action.

Manage self-service portal access
For certificate profiles configured with the self-service portal option, you can enable or disable portal access directly from the profiles table:
From the Trust Lifecycle Manager menu, go to Policies > Certificate profiles.
Make sure the SSP enabled column appears in the table. If not, use the Add columns function on the top-right to add this column.
(Optional) Use the filter for the SSP enabled column to list profiles with the self-service portal option enabled or disabled.
Use the toggle switch in the SSP enabled column to enable or disable access to the self-service portal for a profile.

Check the profile details or portal settings to find the self-service URLs for profiles with the self-service option and access enabled.
