Agent group alerts
You can view agent group alerts in the Alerts targeting agent-group sidebar on the Discovery & automation tools > Agents page. These alerts are triggered based on how you configured an agent, and the settings configured when assigning an agent to an agent group.
When an alert is triggered, an alert notification is sent to the recipients you configured. In addition to individual email notifications, digest emails are also sent every eight hours for all triggered alerts. Each digest includes the current state of the agents. All email notifications also include a downloadable CSV attachment with alert details.
Anmerkung
You can view and manage agent group alerts only when you sign in using single sign-on through your DigiCert® account.
Agent group alert types
DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager supports two types of agent group alert types under the broad Agent group management category.

Actions you can perform
To access the Alerts targeting agent-group sidebar:
Go to the Discovery & automation tools > Agents page.
Select the Agent groups view from the dropdown above the table.
Find the agent group you want to access and select More actions (⋮).
Select Manage alerts from the list.
You can perform the following tasks from the Alerts targeting agent-group sidebar:
View a table of the current agent group alerts.
Enable or disable an alert.
On the Alerts targeting agent-group sidebar, find the alert in the table and select More actions (⋮).
Select Enable or Disable.
Update an alert at the agent group level.
On the Alerts targeting agent-group sidebar, do any one of the following:
Find the alert you want to update and select Edit (pencil icon).
Select the name of any agent group alert, and select the Edit button.
Edit the conditions and delivery options as needed.
Anmerkung
You can modify the email title, subject, conditions, and delivery options only for some agent group alerts.
Select Update to save the changes.
Update an alert at the individual agent level. See Manage agents.
Filter agent group alerts at the page level and at the column level. See Filter alerts and alert activity.
View alert details by selecting the name of the agent group alert on the Alerts targeting agent-group sidebar. From the sidebar, you can:
View the status of the agent group alert. The status is displayed next to the title.
Manage agent group alert rules. Rules are the conditions and delivery options configured for an alert.
Enable or disable an agent group alert.
