To make it easier to plan your certificate and service-related tasks, here’s the DigiCert Europe 2026 maintenance schedule. We update the schedule as new maintenance information becomes available. For example, if there are maintenance-related service downtimes during a maintenance window.

What can I do to prepare for these maintenance windows?

Plan your certificate and service-related tasks accordingly:

  • Schedule high-priority certificate-related tasks, such as renewals, and signings (code and documents) before the maintenance windows or afterward.

  • Expect interruptions if you use APIs (application programming interfaces) for immediate certificate issuance and automated tasks.

  • Subscribe to the DigiCert Status page for live maintenance updates. This subscription includes email alerts for when maintenance begins and ends.

  • If you have questions or need more information on CertCentral products, contact your account manager or CertCentral Support at DigiCert Support.

  • If you have questions or need more information on DigiCert ONE products, contact your account manager or support at PKI Support | DigiCert.

The Legacy QuoVadis PrimoSign signing service and TrustLink Enterprise certificate issuance will be down during scheduled Europe maintenance.

  • Legacy QuoVadis PrimoSign signing service – 60-minute downtime

    The Legacy QuoVadis PrimoSign signing service maintenance in our Switzerland location begins at 17:00 CET (16:00 UTC). At this time, the PrimoSign signing service will be down for approximately 60 minutes.

  • TrustLink Enterprise certificate issuance – 30-minute downtime

    The TrustLink Enterprise maintenance in our Netherlands location begins at 17:00 CET (16:00 UTC). At this time, TrustLink Enterprise certificate issuance will be down for approximately 30 minutes.

Affected services

  • QuoVadis PrimoSign signing service maintenance in our Switzerland location.

  • TrustLink Enterprise certificate issuance in our Netherlands location.

What can I do?

  • Schedule high-priority PrimoSign document signings before maintenance begins or when maintenance is complete.

  • Schedule high-priority orders, renewals, and reissues before maintenance begins or when maintenance is complete.

  • Expect interruptions if using the APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for immediate certificate issuance and automated tasks.

  • To get real-time maintenance updates, including email alerts when maintenance begins and ends, go to the DigiCert Status page and select Subscribe to Updates.

Services will be restored when maintenance is complete.

The ADSS signing service, Document Trust Manager, and the Legacy QuoVadis PrimoSign signing service will be down during scheduled Europe maintenance.

    The Document Trust Manager maintenance affecting the ADSS signing service in our Netherlands location begins at 17:00 CET (16:00 UTC). At this time, the ADSS signing service will be down for approximately 5 minutes.

  • ADSS signing service in our Document Trust Manager Switzerland location – 5-minute downtime

    The Document Trust Manager maintenance affecting the ADSS signing service in our Switzerland location begins at 17:00 CET (16:00 UTC). At this time, the ADSS signing service will be down for approximately 5 minutes.

  • Document Trust Manager in our DigiCert® ONE Switzerland location – 10-minute downtime

    The Document Trust Manager maintenance in our Switzerland location begins at 17:00 CET (16:00 UTC). At this time, Document Trust Manager will be down for 10 minutes.

    API notes:

    • APIs may return "503 services unavailable" errors.

    • Requests placed during this window that receive a "503 services unavailable" error message must be placed again when services are restored.

  • Legacy QuoVadis PrimoSign signing service in our Switzerland location – 30-minute downtime

    The Legacy QuoVadis PrimoSign signing service maintenance in our Switzerland location begins at 17:00 CET (UTC 16:00). At this time, this PrimoSign signing service will be down for approximately 30 minutes.
