Edwards Keys - Support for Edwards keys, which can be configured within the profile wizard (Additional certificate options page) for all Generic User/Device/Server templates, when configuring a profile with the below enrollment/authentication method combinations:

  • CSR enrollment method > Manual approval and Enrollment code authentication methods

  • REST API enrollment method > 3rd party auth and Enrollment code authentication methods

The supported key type and curve are:

  • Key type: EdDSA

  • Curve (key size): Ed25519

Any Issuing CA type (e.g. RSA, ECDSA or EdDSA) can be used to sign the EdDSA end-entity certificates.

Enhancements

  • Licensing - Seat licensing is now controlled via the Account Manager application by an Administrator with appropriate licensing permissions, based on a platform-wide signed license file. The following enhancements have been implemented:

    • The Dashboard will show Consumed vs Allocated (instead of "Remaining / Allocated") for Business Units. Note that your overall account Seat licensing is displayed within the Account Manager application.

    • The Consumed value will turn amber and will display a warning icon once it reaches 11-25% of the allocated licenses for a given Business Unit.

    • The Consumed value will turn red and will display an error icon once it reaches 1-10% of the allocated licenses for a given Business Unit, or reaching the maximum allocated licenses.

    Wichtig

    For on-premise DigiCert ONE customers, you will no longer be able to create additional Seats and issue certificates, when reaching the maximum contracted license Seats within an account. You MUST contact your System Administrator to increase the license on your account, or DigiCert, if you have exceeded your contracted Platform license.

  • Profile

    • Added the "Seat ID mapping" value within the View profile page.

    • Added tooltips for all SAML IdP configuration parameters, for profiles configured with SAML IdP authentication method.

Fixes

  • Fixed issue with uploaded revoked certificates associated to Imported Seats not being included within the CRL.

  • Fixed UX issue with double scrollbars shown in Profile dropdown within Seat enrollment form.
