Certificates eligible for retry
When a certificate fails to automate, retry the automation after fixing the issue.
The following certificate statuses are eligible for automation retry:
Certificates eligible for retry based on automation status
CSR generation failed
Post CSR failed
Installation failed
Install validation failed
Automation failed
Retry automation methods
Retry automation using one of the following methods:
Retry automation for an individual certificate
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Automation > Automated IPs.
Find the certificate you want to retry the automation for.
Select the Automation status of the certificate to open the side rail.
In the side rail, navigate to Request summary > Automation order progress section.
Select Retry.
Fix the issues that caused the automation to fail before retrying.
Retry automation for multiple certificates
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Automation > Automated IPs.
Select the certificates you want to retry the automations for.
Select Retry.
