Cancel a Support Plus plan

Remove Support Plus for your CertCentral subscriptions. Your Support Plus plan remains active through the end of your current subscription term and will not be renewed. The cost is not refundable if the plan was purchased over 30 days before cancelation.

  1. Sign in to your CertCentral account and go to My digital trust products > My subscription.

  2. Find the Standard Plus Support subscription and select Actions > Cancel Standard Plus Support.

  3. Review the conditions of cancellation and select Yes, cancel my support plan.
