DigiCert provides an automated delegation process in CertCentral Europe that allows authorized users (administrators, managers, and service users) to approve certificate orders on behalf of an authorized representative.

This process applies to QWAC, QWAC PSD2, and PKIo Private Services Server certificates.

Information to share with the delegated approver:

The delegated approver must include the same organization the authorized representative can approve orders for in each certificate order.

If a different organization is used, the order doesn’t receive automatic approval and follows the standard approval process

  • Authorized representative
