Add a secure email (S/MIME) certificate subscription

Before you can order new secure email (S/MIME) certificates, add a subscription to your DigiCert CertCentral account.

  1. Sign in to your CertCentral account and go to Dashboard.

  2. Select Shop DigiCert.

  3. Select the Secure email certificates tab.

  4. For Validation level, select if you need the secure email certificate for an Individual (yourself or other person not associated with a business or organization) or on behalf of your Business.

  5. Select the number of secure email certificates you expect to order.

  6. Select Add to cart. The document signing product is added to your cart.

  7. Select Go to cart. Your cart and cost summary appears.

  8. Select Checkout. The payment page appears.

  9. Select or enter your preferred Payment method and Billing information.

  10. Accept the subscription service agreement and select Pay now. The document signing services are added to your CertCentral account.
