Request a Verified or Common Mark Certificate from a CertCentral subscription

Request a new certificate for a Verified or Common Mark Certificate. subscription in your DigiCert CertCentral account.

  1. Sign in to your CertCentral account and go to My digital trust products > My subscription.

  2. Find the Verified or Common Mark Certificate subscription that you want to request a certificate for.

  3. For that subscription, select Actions > Request a certificate.

  4. Provide your Logo details.

  5. Enter the email domains that you want to show your logo.

  6. Add or select the Organization that owns or manages the email domains for the certificate.

  7. Add or select the Verified Contact for the certificate.

  8. Select Submit to place the certificate order.
