Convert a SAML SSO-only user to an account user
Allow a SAML SSO-only user to sign in using CertCentral credentials in addition to SSO. Use this when SSO is unavailable or when a user is being migrated away from SSO-only access.
Before you begin
You must have Administrator or Manager access to update authentication settings.
Confirm the account authentication policy permits direct CertCentral sign-in before making this change.
Convert to account user
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Account > Users.
Select the user.
Locate Authentication settings.
Clear Only allow this user to log in through SAML SSO.
Select Update user.
The user can now sign in using CertCentral credentials or through SSO, subject to account authentication policies.
