DigiCert Account provisioning
DigiCert account provisioning is the process of creating a user in your DigiCert account and assigning them access to CertCentral as an application. Once provisioned, the user activates their CertCentral service by signing in to DigiCert account and selecting CertCentral.
After activation, use CertCentral to assign the user's role and division access.
Before you begin
You must have Administrator access in both DigiCert account and CertCentral.
Configure the provisioning process before adding users. See Default role assignment during DigiCert account provisioning.
Provision a user through DigiCert account
Sign in to your DigiCert account.
Add the user to your DigiCert account.
Assign the user to CertCentral as an application.
The user receives an email with instructions to sign in to DigiCert account and activate their CertCentral service.
