Cancel a pending DV certificate reissue
Cancel a pending DV certificate reissue if it was submitted in error or is no longer required. The cancel option is available while the reissue has Reissue pending status.
Before you begin
If DigiCert has already reissued a certificate:
Revoke the reissued certificate if it’s no longer needed.
Canceling after reissue is not supported.

Cancel the pending reissue request
In the CertCentral main menu,
For Enterprise, Partner, and Legacy accounts: go to Certificates > Orders.
For Subscription accounts: go to My Digital Trust Products > Certificates.
On the Orders page, use the filters and the advanced search features to find the Reissue pending DV certificate request you want to cancel.
In the Order # column of the DV certificate request, select the order number to open the Order details page.
Under the Details tab Certificate actions dropdown menu, select Cancel reissue.
In the Cancel Reissue window, select Cancel reissue.
The reissue request is removed. The originally issued certificate remains active.
The cancellation is recorded in Audit logs (to view, go to Account > Audit logs).
