Review domain validation status
Important
As of February 24, 2026, the domain validation reuse period is limited to 199 days. Learn more about Domain validation requirements and reuse periods.
Confirm the current domain control validation status and expiry date for a domain in CertCentral.
Review validation status
In the CertCentral main menu,
For Enterprise, Partner, and Legacy accounts: go to Certificates > Domains.
For Subscription accounts: go to Validation > Domains.
Select the domain name to open the domain details page.
Review the Validation status and Validation expires fields.
Select Save.
When validation expires, complete domain revalidation before requesting certificates. See Revalidate a domain before validation expires.
