Use a CSR from a previous order
The CSR from a previous order is reusable for a new certificate request, provided the private key generated with it is still intact on the original server.
In the CertCentral menu,
For Enterprise and Partner accounts: go to Certificates > Orders.
For Subscription accounts: My Digital Trust Products > Certificates .
On the Orders page, locate the order that contains the CSR you want to use. Enter the order number in the search field if needed.
Select the order number to open the order.
In the View CSR window, select anywhere in the CSR data section to copy the CSR text to your clipboard.
Paste the copied CSR into the CSR field on the new certificate request form.
Notice
A CSR can only be reused when the private key generated with it is still available on the same server. If the private key has been lost or the server has been decommissioned, generate a new CSR. See CSR requirements for key size and algorithm requirements.
