Set password expiration policy
Set how long user passwords remain valid before users must create a new one. The default is no expiration.
Before you begin
You must have Administrator access to configure password settings.
Set expiration period
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Settings > Authentication Settings.
Select the Default settings tab.
Under Expires after, select the desired expiration period:
No expiration (default)
60 days
90 days
120 days
6 months
1 year
18 months
2 years
3 years
Select Save.
Notice
The expiration setting applies when a password reaches the configured age limit. It does not take effect immediately after saving.
