Unlock a locked CertCentral account
A CertCentral account can become locked after repeated failed sign-in attempts or other security events. When locked, users cannot sign in until access is restored by DigiCert.
Notice
DigiCert handles all account unlock requests. This action cannot be performed in CertCentral. DigiCert verifies account ownership before restoring access.
