Delete and restore a division

If you create a division by mistake or no longer need the division, you can delete it. If you delete a division by mistake, you can restore it.

  1. Sign in to DigiCert® ONE as a Solution Administrator.

  2. In the Device Trust Manager menu, select Divisions.

Important

After you delete a division, users assigned to the division can no longer see the division or items assigned to the division. You may want to remove users from the division before deleting it. See Manage division users.

  1. On the Divisions page, find the division to delete.

  2. In the Actions column, select the ellipses and then Delete.

  3. In the Delete confirmation, select Delete.

Important

If needed, you can restore a deleted division. After you restore the division, users still assigned to it can once again see the division and items assigned to it.

  1. Find the division to restore.

  2. In the Actions column, select the ellipses and then Undelete.
