Disable a service user
If a service user is no longer needed, disable it. Disabled service users can be re-enabled and used again when needed.
Tip
If you need your API integrations to keep working, replace the service user ID token in your API integrations before disabling it. API integrations using a disabled service user will stop working.
In DigiCert ONE, in the Manager menu (top right), select Account.
In the Account Manager menu, select Access > Service User.
On the Service users page, in the Friendly name column, find the service user's friendly name.
On the User details page, in the action menu on the right, select Disable.
