Request a certificate for an IoT device
These instructions are for requesting a certificate from within DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager in DigiCert ONE®.
In DigiCert ONE, in the Manager menu (top right), select DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager.
In the DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager menu, go to Certificates.
On the End entity certificates page, select Request end entity certificate.
On the Certificate request page, in the Enrollment profile dropdown, select the enrollment profile to use for the request.
In the Certificate values section, add the certificate signing request (CSR).
Click Select csr file to upload a CSR.
You can also paste the CSR in the csr field. Make sure when you copy the text to include the -----BEGIN NEW CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- and -----END NEW CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- tags.
Add other certificate values as needed, such as common name.
The certificate values that appear on the request form come from the enrollment profile. If you have questions about any of the fields on the request form, contact your company manager or an administrator.
In the Device values section, add the device values as needed.

When ready, select Create request.
