Cancel a service from your DigiCert subscription

Remove a service from your subscription if you no longer need it and don’t want it included the next time your subscription renews. Your account subscription and all other services remain valid and active.

What happens if I cancel a service more than 30 days after activation?

  • No refund is issued.

  • The service is not included when your subscription automatically renews.

  • Certificates issued for the canceled service remain valid through the current subscription term.

  • The certificates are revoked when the subscription renews without the service.

Cancel a service from your DigiCert subscription

  1. While signed into your DigiCert account, select your profile icon in the upper right corner and select Subscriptions or select My subscription from the Quick links bar.

    Note

    For returning CertCentral customers, in the left main menu, go to My Digital Trust Products > My subscription.

  2. On the Subscriptions page, select the product you want to cancel the subscription for.

  3. In the Actions menu for the license your want to cancel, select the Cancel the subscription for option.

  4. Review all restrictions, results, and impacted services before continuing.

  5. Select Yes, cancel subscription.

What's next

If you decide to keep the service through the next renewal period, you can restart the service. You can restart a service any time before the subscription renewal date.
