View domains for the domain validation service
Go to the Inventory > Domains page in DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager to view the domains included in the centralized domain validation service. From this page, you can monitor validation status and review domains that require attention.
Domains table
The domains table on the Inventory > Domains page includes the following information about each domain set up for validation management by Trust Lifecycle Manager.
Field | Description |

Domain | Base domain or fully qualified domain name (FQDN) set up for validation management. |
DNS configuration status | Indicates whether the required DNS validation CNAME record has been configured in your DNS provider. The CNAME record points to the DigiCert DNS service, allowing DigiCert to automate domain control validation (DCV) and maintain the required validation challenges to enable certificate issuance. Possible statuses include:

Domain status | Current validation status of the domain. Possible statuses include:

Automation status | Current status of automated domain control validation. Possible statuses include:
|
Last validated | Date when the domain was last successfully validated. |
Expires | Date when the current domain validation expires. |
Next validation date | Date when Trust Lifecycle Manager is scheduled to revalidate the domain. |
Apply table filters
Use filters to refine the list of included domain records.
Apply a column filter:
Select the Actions (three dots) menu next to the column header to filter by that field.
Select Column Filter.
Use the filter input to select or enter a value to filter by. Input types include:
Text input: Enter a single value or comma-separated list of values.
Dropdown: Select a value. Some dropdowns have checkboxes so you can select multiple values.
Calendar: Select a date.
Select Apply to apply the filter to the current display.
To apply filters not present as table columns or to apply multiple filters at once:
Select the Filter dropdown above the table.
Enter the conditions to filter by. For each condition:
Select the attribute in the left dropdown.
Select the operator in the middle dropdown. For example,
equalsorstarts with.Select or enter the value to match on the right.
(Optional) Refine the list of filters:
To add another filter, select Add condition.
To remove a single filter, select the X button next to it.
To remove all filters, select Reset.
Select Apply to apply all the selected filters to the current display.
Update table columns
Update the columns to control which fields are included and in what order.
To add or remove fields from the domain table:
Select the Add column icon on the top-right of the domain table.
Select columns to include or deselect columns to exclude. Your updates get applied immediately.
When you have finished updating the columns, select the Add columns icon again to hide the dialog.
To reorder the existing columns in the domain table, select the column header and drag and drop that column to the new location.
Download domains data as CSV
To download a CSV file from the current data in the domains table:
Filter or update the table to include the desired information.
Select the Reports button on the top-right of the table to download the current data in CSV format.
View more details about a domain
Use one of the following methods to view more details about any of the domains set up for validation management in Trust Lifecycle Manager. The sidebar provides a quick view and the details page includes the complete details about each domain.
To open the details sidebar for a domain, select the ⓘ icon in the rightmost table column. The sidebar includes the following sections.
Details section | Description |

DNS Record | The DNS record required to validate the domain, including the record type, host / name, and value/target. |
Overview | The current DNS configuration status, domain status, automation status, last validation timestamp, and next scheduled validation. |
Validation policy | The domain validation policy, including the automatic revalidation schedule. |
Activity log | The history of domain validation activities and their results. |
To view the complete details for a domain, select the domain name in the table to open the details page for it. The details page is organized into the following tabs and sections.
