Connector statuses

The status indicates the current state of a connector or pending connector setup. In DigiCert​​®​​ Trust Lifecycle Manager, you can view these statuses from the Integrations > Connectors page.

  • Created connectors: Find the connector in Created connectors view, and check the Status column for it. You can also open the connector to view its status in the top section of the details page.

  • Pending connectors: Find the connector setup in the Pending connectors view and check the Status column.

If the Status column does not appear, select the settings icon on the top-right of the table to add it.

Status

Description

Action needed

Connector stopped working and requires attention. Often caused by invalid credentials or an outage on the managing sensor.

Active

Credentials verified. The connector is available for use.

Critical

Indicates a DNS integration that failed to validate domains during a certificate lifecycle automation event. Address any issues with the DNS connector to ensure domains can be validated for future certificate automation requests. The status reverts to "Active" following a successful domain validation check.

Initial

Waiting for credentials verification to complete the connection to the external account, appliance, or service.

Pending

The connector setup is incomplete. The status remains Pending until you complete or discard the setup. For more information, see Manage pending connectors.

Refreshing configuration

Updating the configuration of a connected network appliance or cloud service.

Running

Currently importing data from the external system or service via the connector.

Testing connection

Verifying the connection to the external account, appliance, or service.
