MacOS Monterey and Big Sur were qualified until the March 2024 operating system updates. They may continue to work, but are no longer officially qualified by DigiCert.

Additional Windows requirement
The DigiCert Software KeyStore requires Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022 (x64):
Note
This requirement applies to DigiCert Trust Assistant versions 1.1.6 and earlier only.
The Visual C++ Redistributable software package must be installed before installing the Windows version of the DigiCert Trust Assistant application. Check the official Microsoft documentation for details and download links.
Note
If not already installed, DigiCert recommends having your Windows system administrator push the Visual C++ Redistributable package to applicable client workstations in bulk via GPO or a similar software distribution solution.
