Troubleshooting the ServiceNow integration

Information to help you debug issues with the DigiCert​​®​​ Trust Lifecycle Manager app for ServiceNow.

ServiceNow app logs

To view and export logs for the ServiceNow app:

  1. In ServiceNow, select All on the top-left.

  2. In the filter input, search for Application Logs.

  3. Select the Applications Logs option in the search results, under System Logs > System Log.

  4. In the logs table, scroll to the right until you can see the App Scope column.

  5. Scroll down until you see a listing for DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager. You may need to use the page buttons at bottom to move through more pages of results.

  6. When you find a listing for DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager in the App Scope column, right-click it and select Show Matching.

    The table updates to show only log entries for DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager.

  7. Select the checkbox on the top-left of the table to Select All entries for DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager.

  8. With all the log entries selected, hover the Message column header and open the Column options (three dots) menu that appears on the right.

  9. Select the Export > Excel (.xlsx) option to export the logs entries as a spreadsheet.

  10. When the export operation finishes, select the Download button to save the spreadsheet to your computer.
