Notifications and alerts in Trust Lifecycle Manager
DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager helps you manage notifications and alerts for important certificate and system events. These features help you stay informed about activities that may require attention.
Notifications and alerts are two different features, and your access to these features depend on how you sign in to Trust Lifecycle Manager:
Notification feature: If you use Account Manager to access your account, you have access to the Notifications feature. For more information, see Notifications.
Alerts feature: If you use single sign-on through your DigiCert® account, you have access to the Alerts feature. For more information, see Alerts.
Notifications are delivered through emails. Alerts are delivered through email, messaging platforms such as Slack, webhooks, and incident tracking platforms such as ServiceNow.
