Alerts in Trust Lifecycle Manager

You can use DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager's Alerts feature to configure and manage how your admins and teams are informed about system alerts and events. Each alert is tied to predefined conditions, such as a specific event or change in your environment. When a condition is met and an alert is triggered, a notification is sent to the recipients you configured.

From the Policies > Alerts page, you can configure how notifications are delivered. You can send alert notifications through email, messaging platforms such as Slack, webhooks, and incident tracking platforms such as ServiceNow. You can send notifications to specific users, roles, teams, or external entities. You can also customize the notification message to meet your organization’s needs and include relevant events or details.

Note

Users who sign in using single sign-on through their DigiCert® account have access to the Alerts feature.
