Create custom audit log reports
Create customized audit log reports in DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager to meet your reporting needs. Choose the columns to include, set the reporting period, and run reports once or on a recurring schedule.
From the Trust Lifecycle Manager menu, go to Reporting > Audit logs.
Select the Reports (document icon) button.
From the Create report sidebar, select Create custom report.
On the General information screen, enter a name for the report and then select Next.
On the Columns selection screen, do the following:
Expand Columns and select the columns you want to include. Some basic columns are selected by default.
Expand Selected columns order and review your selection. Drag columns to change their order, or select Sort alphabetically. To remove a column, select X.
Select Next to go to the Schedules and permissions screen.
In the Schedule and format section, configure the following:
Under Schedule, select when the report runs:
Run once: Generate the report after you create it.
At specific date: Generate the report once on a selected date.
Weekly: Generate the report on selected days each week.
Monthly: Generate the report on selected days in selected months.
Under Report data, select the reporting period:
Include audit logs from the 7, 14, 30, or 60 days preceding report generation, or from the preceding year.
To specify a date range, select Custom start and end dates and enter the dates.
Note
Audit logs are available only for the year preceding the current date. Custom start and end dates must fall within that period.
In the Permissions section, select who can view the report: Only me or Only specified users.
If you select Only specified users, specify the users who can view it.
Select Create custom report.
Reports configured with Run once begin processing immediately. Other reports run according to their configured schedule.
