Use these instructions to resend the "DigiCert User Account Created - Action Required" email to a newly added account user.
Note: Before resending the email, make sure the individual checks their junk mail/spam folder in their inbox.

If a newly added individual deletes or loses the account creation email before the finishing the process, you can resend the instructions.
When you resend this email, the link in the previous email expires and no longer works. If someone uses the expired link, they receive the following "expired link" message: "The emailed link is invalid or has expired. Try resetting your password or try logging in to resolve the issue."
Reenviar indicaciones de creación de cuenta
En su cuenta de CertCentral, en el menú lateral, haga clic en Cuenta > Usuarios.
En la página Usuarios, busque el usuario al que necesita reenviar el correo electrónico.
En la columna Nombre de los usuarios, haga clic en el nombre del usuario.
En la página de detalles del usuario, haga clic en Reenviar correo electrónico de creación de usuario.

The individual should receive a new "DigiCert User Account Created - Action Required" email with a new link to finish creating their CertCentral account.
