Approve certificate requests
Review and approve pending certificate requests as an administrator or manager. For EV TLS/SSL, code signing, and EV code signing certificates, only validated verified contacts can approve the request.
Approve a certificate request
In the CertCentral main menu,
For Enterprise, Partner, and Legacy accounts: go to Certificates > Requests.
For Subscription accounts: go to My Digital Trust Products > Requests.
Locate the certificate request.
Select the Order number.
Review the request details.
Select Approve.
In the approval window, enter an approval comment if required.
Select Approve.
If all required validations are complete, DigiCert issues the certificate after approval.
