Grant limited user access to a certificate order
Grant a limited user access to a specific certificate order or pending request without changing their account role. Use this approach when a limited user needs to manage, download, or act on a certificate they did not originally order.
Notice
This feature applies to Enterprise and Partner accounts only. Subscription and Legacy accounts have Administrator and Finance Manager roles only and do not have the Limited User role.
Before you begin
You must have Administrator or Manager access to grant order-level access.
The user must have the Limited User role assigned to their account.
For restricted administrators, managers, finance managers, or standard users who need order access, add them to the relevant division instead.
Limited users can already see certificates they ordered themselves. Order-level access grants visibility to certificates ordered by others.
