Mark a migrated certificate order as renewed

When you migrate a certificate order from your legacy console and renew it in CertCentral, the original order may not update automatically to reflect the renewal. Mark the original order as renewed to prevent it from appearing alongside orders that still need to be renewed.

Importante

Marking an order as renewed changes its status to Renewed and removes it from expiring and expired certificate lists, banners, and the Expired Certificates page. To renew an order you have marked as renewed, you must first revert it to its previous status. See Undo a renewed status.

Mark migrated order as renewed

  1. In the CertCentral main menu, go to Certificates > Orders.

  2. Locate the certificate order and mark it as renewed using one of the following options:

    • On the Orders page, in the certificate order's Expires column, click Mark renewed.

    • Select the order number to open the Order details page and select Mark renewed.

    • Go to Certificates > Expiring Certificates), locate the order, and select Mark renewed.

The certificate's status changes to Renewed. It is removed from expiring and expired certificate lists, banners, and the Expired Certificates page.

To view all certificates marked as renewed, on the Orders page, in the Status dropdown, select Renewed.

Undo a renewed status

Reverting a migrated order restores it to its previous status. It reappears in expiring and expired certificate lists, banners, and on the Expiring Certificates page.

  1. In the CertCentral main menu, go to Certificates > Orders.

  2. Select the certificate's order number.

  3. On the Order details page, in the Order Details section, next to Order Status, select Undo.
