Define how CertCentral matches SAML assertions to existing user accounts. This step continues on the Configure SAML integration page.
Set the user identification method
SAML requires a method to match IdP users to account users.
Under How will you identify a user, select one of the following:
NameID: Uses the NameID field in the SAML assertion to match users to their CertCentral usernames.
SAML attribute: Enter the attribute name exactly as it appears in the assertion your IdP sends to DigiCert. The attribute value must match the user's CertCentral username.
