Step 2: DigiCert ONE access
Account Manager is where you add and manage administrators for DigiCert ONE. DigiCert incorporates permission-based user access into DigiCert ONE. We have one user role that you assign permissions to, the administrator role. Permission-based access allows you to control what users can see and do inside DigiCert ONE. After adding an administrator to DigiCert ONE, update their permissions as needed to ensure they can see and do what is necessary to complete their tasks.
When your DigiCert account representative set up DigiCert ONE, they added you as the primary DigiCert ONE account administrator. This is because DigiCert ONE only requires one administrator. You can add other account administrators as needed.
