Reset 2FA

Once an account administrator rests your 2FA, we send you an email with a link to reset your mobile authenticator app.

To perform this action, you must have a user role that contains the Manage users permission.

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. In the Managers (grid icon) menu, select Account.

  3. In the Account menu, go to Access.

  4. Hover over the user's name who needs to reset 2FA until the more actions (⁝) icon appears.

  5. Select the more actions (⁝) icon > Reset 2-factor authentication.

  6. Select Send reset instructions.

Nota

The reset instructions are sent to the email address in your user profile.

Email subject: Sync your device for DigiCert ONE sign in
