Deposit funds into your account

Depositing funds adds prepaid credit to your CertCentral account. This balance is used to pay for certificate orders, renewals, and subscription services.

Before you begin

Important considerations

  • Deposited funds appear immediately when paid by credit card

  • Purchase order-based deposits may require approval or processing time

  • Account credit is used for eligible certificate orders before other payment methods

Deposit funds

  1. In the CertCentral main menu, go to Finances > Deposit Funds.

  2. Enter the amount you want to deposit.

  3. Select a payment method.

  4. Submit the deposit request.
