Cancel an authorized representative delegation request
Use this procedure to cancel a pending authorized representative delegation request in CertCentral Europe. This applies only to requests with pending status: requests the authorized representative has not yet approved or rejected.
This procedure applies to the following certificate types:
Qualified Website Authentication Certificates (QWAC)
QWAC PSD2
PKIo Private Services Server certificates
Cancel a delegation request

This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the CertCentral (Europe) main menu, go to Account > Users or Account > Service Users.
On the Users or Service Users page, select the user or service user.
On the user or service user details page, under Authorized representative delegation, find the pending delegation request.
Next to the name of the person or service user, select the "delete" icon (garbage can).
After cancellation, the authorized representative can no longer use the "Request to delegate authority for approving EU TLS orders" email to approve the request.
Submit a new delegation request to restart the process, if required.
